• Full charge: No-shows and cancellations made after check-in will be charged in full.

For bookings during peak periods (e.g. holidays, festivals and high-demand seasons), the following stricter policy applies:

• Free cancellation: Up to 30 days prior to arrival.
• 50% charge: Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before arrival.
• Full charge: Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival, or no-shows.

Bookings made under non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds or date changes under any circumstances.

• Full refund: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance.
• 50% fee: Group cancellations 15 to 29 days before arrival.
• Full charge: Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival.

• Date changes: Subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
• Within the cancellation window: Changes may still be subject to fees.

As an island resort, we recognise that weather and transportation disruptions may occur. In cases of official weather advisories, flight cancellations (international visitors) or natural disasters, we offer:

• Flexible rebooking: Subject to availability.
• Partial credits: For future stays, where applicable.

Documentation may be required to process such exceptions.
